Borgo28 Return & Exchange Policies

Borgo28 wants you to be pleased with your purchase. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Items that are unworn and unaltered may be returned up to 30 days after the date of purchase for refund or exchange. Items that have been discounted 50% off or more are considered Final Sale. These items may not be returned or exchanged, unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Returns:  Please note that shipping charges from your original order are not refundable, and $9.95 will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of return postage. 

Exchanges: If you would like to exchange for another size or color, an exchange fee of $4.95 will be charged at the time you place your exchange.

Return Instructions

Our new Returns Portal makes it simple to exchange or return an item. Follow the steps below to submit your exchange or return request and receive a prepaid return shipping label. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. For refunds, $9.95 will be deducted from your refund amount to cover return shipping costs. For exchanges, a $4.95 processing fee will apply.

  1. Click the link above or go to https://borgo28.com/apps/returns to begin your return.
  2. Enter your order number. This can be found in your order confirmation email, packing slip, or by logging into your account.
  3. Enter the zip code your package was delivered to, or the email address associated with the order.
  4. Select the items from your order that you wish to return by clicking on the product(s).
  5. Items eligible for returns will appear as white. Ineligible items will appear greyed out.
  6. Select a return reason for your item, then choose to exchange or return your item.
  7. Follow the instructions on screen as prompted to complete the rest of the returns process.

Print the prepaid return label and packing slip provided after completing the process. Securely package your items along with the packing slip, attach the return label to the outside of the package, and drop it off at any authorized UPS location.

Please allow up to 14 days from the date our Returns Department receives your package for your refund, store credit, or exchange to be processed.

 

Returning or Exchanging a Gift

If you are returning or exchanging a gift, click the “Return a Gift” button located at the bottom of the Returns Portal form. This will allow you to locate the order details and choose either an exchange or store credit.

 

Tracking a Return

When your return label has been created, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Enter the tracking number at https://www.ups.com/track.

Once your package has arrived at our warehouse, please allow 14 days for our Returns Team to process it.

 

Self-Shipped Returns

If you prefer not to use the prepaid return label, you may package your item and ship it using your preferred carrier to the address provided below. Please include a copy of your packing slip, so your order can be properly identified. In this case, you will be responsible for return shipping costs, and the $9.95 prepaid return postage fee will not be deducted from your refund.

If you choose this option, be sure to retain your tracking information in case of a lost shipment. We are not responsible for packages that are not delivered to our Returns Department.

Woolloomooloo Returns & Exchanges

Footwear by Woolloomooloo must be returned or exchanged separately from Borgo28 items.

Should you wish to return or exchange any footwear from Woolloomooloo, click here to begin your exchange or return.

Woolloomooloo does not need to receive your original item before sending your exchange.  If your requested size is not available when your original item is returned, you will be refunded instead.
