Borgo28 wants you to be pleased with your purchase. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Items that are unworn and unaltered may be returned up to 90 days after the date of purchase for refund or exchange. Shipping charges from your original order are not refundable.
Please note: Footwear by Wooloomooloo must be returned or exchanged separately from Borgo28 items. See below for further instructions.

New, defective, and unaltered merchandise may be returned within 90 days. Please note that shipping charges from your original order are not refundable.

Use the return label on the bottom of the form and ship the package back through the shipper of your choice. Return shipping charges are not refundable.
Do not include footwear by Wooloomooloo in your Borgo28 return.

Wooloomooloo Returns & Exchanges
Footwear by Wooloomooloo must be returned or exchanged separately from Borgo28 items.
Should you wish to return or exchange any footwear from Wooloomooloo, click here to begin your exchange or return.
Wooloomooloo does not need to receive your original item before sending your exchange. If your requested size is not available when your original item is returned, you will be refunded instead.
