Price Adjustment Policy

At Borgo28, it is our policy not to give price adjustments for items purchased prior to our Seasonal Sales. It is our belief that prior to the sale, customers are able to shop our full selection of product styles and sizes to ensure they are able to get the exact items they wish to purchase. At sale time there is no guarantee that all styles and sizes will be available or on sale.

Shipping

We ship all orders via UPS from our warehouse in New York. Orders received by 11am EST are shipped the following business day (Monday-Friday) from when the order is placed. Standard delivery is ground service and is expected to take 3-7 business days.

Expedited orders placed by 11am EST will be shipped the following business day (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Express Delivery is not an option for packages shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico.

Returns

New, defective, and unaltered merchandise may be returned within 90 days. Please note that shipping charges from your original order are not refundable.

Click here to download a return form to include in your return package. 

Use the return label on the bottom of the form and ship the package back through the shipper of your choice.

Please allow 14 days for us to receive and process your refund.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? 

Place a new order for the desired item and use this form to return the item you no longer want.  We will refund the credit card used on your original purchase.
